Pilates is a great form of exercise for all bodies and all fitness levels.

 

Hatha Yoga is a classical approach to Yoga that emphasizes physical posture and alignment focusing on breath awareness. 

 

Both Yoga and Pilates are a great way to energize the mind, body and spirit.
